Effectiveness and Evaluation of Traditional Leadership Models
The health care system is a quick book, and it requires tight, flexible leaders who can lead the organization through change management. Changes provide guidelines for planning model organizations to plan and implement effective changes. Many change management models are mainly used to support and prepare the organization for change. In Sierra I connect, Levin’s change implements the management model and strengthens the change. Divided into three separate stages, includes Levine’s change models unfair, freezing and Freeze. In the first uphill step, the preparation phase, the communication is made for the organization on the initial change phase. In the freezing phase, in the second phase, changes are used and implemented. The final phase, the Receze phase, allowed managers to investigate with employees to ensure that changes are effective and used properly (Philips and Cleans, 2023).
